More Than Fine Dining—Introducing Brunch & Bites with Varinder
Varinder’s repertoire of vegetarian and vegan dishes isn’t limited to fine dining. Some of our personal favourites are simple, comforting street food classics—think Masala eggs, Mirza Ghassemi (classic Persian dish), Shakshuka, and more. Served with our freshly baked bread, vibrant herbs, seasonal vegetables, and creamy feta cheese, these dishes are all about flavour and warmth.
So we thought—why not open on the days we’re usually closed and share this more relaxed side of our kitchen? And that’s exactly what we’ve done.
Here’s what to expect:
Sunday: 11:00 – 20:00
Monday: 09:00 – 21:00
A simple, hearty brunch or evening dish.
Masala chai on tap, and homemade desserts by Varinder.
We’ll remain open until 20:00 with drinks and small bites—like Medjool date treats and onion bhajis.
Tuesday & Wednesday: 08:00 – 16:00
Brunch continues.
From 18:00, we shift to our fine dining experience.
Thursday to Saturday:
Open from 12:00 and again from 18:00 for our full fine dining menu.
Brunch resumes on Sunday.
Please note:
- Brunch is walk-in only — no reservations.
- For our evening dining (Tuesday to Saturday), reservations are strongly recommended.
- We can’t wait to welcome you—whether you’re here for a relaxed brunch, a chai and bite, or a full evening of flavours.
