Welcome to Food with Varinder, La Hulpe

If you have never eaten at my restaurant – I call it my home from home – here are a few points to familiarise you with how we do things at Food with Varinder.

1) I cook for you the way I cook for friends and family when they visit my home. The menu is varied, indulgent, comforting and surprising. I also never give my guests a choice in what I make. I decide everything and make sure the taste, flavour and texture combinations work together. However, if you have any food intolerances or follow particular diets, please let me know when you reserve your table – by filling in the comments box. I will always do my best to make sure everyone enjoys everything!

Reserve your Table

Please try to reserve your table at least a week or two ahead of time. I will happily accommodate vegan, lactose intolerant and gluten free guests if I know in advance.

Wednesday 19:00 to 22:30
Thursday 19:00 to 22:30
Friday 19:00 to 22:30
Saturday 19:00 to 22:30
Sunday 10:00 to 15:00

Please note my La Hulpe restaurant needs to be reserved ideally 10 days ahead.

However, we do sometimes have a table for two free and guests do cancel last minute. So even if you can’t see availability on our reservations system, it’s worth WhatsApp-ing me.


